Homemade Tablet

Every week we make fresh batches of tablet in the shop. So what is it we are asked frequently by visitors! Is it fudge? Is it toffee? The answer is its neither it's tablet! 

Tablet is one of Scotland's oldest confections. A traditional melt in the mouth sweet traditional Scottish treat. It is handmade and hand beaten in the shop with love and care and packed in small bags. 

Do we sell it lose lying on the counter? No we don't and haven't for years. It's important to us that once it is made it is packed in bags in the shop to make sure it doesn't dry out and isn't left exposed.
